
ABOUT NRRA
Nettayikodath Road Residents' Association (NRRA) is an association which though formed many years ago, has been dormant till the year 2021 till it was re-activated by the some energetic residents with the full support of all the residents of the Nettayikodath Road and its cross roads.

Ever since its re-inception, the association has participated in many developmental as well as charity activities, especially during the peak days of Covid-19 spread in Kerala with the support of the members of the residents' association. All members of the association are proud to announce that this is an association wherein all the members support each other wholeheartedly and thereby bring about welfare to all the members through a collective effort.

Some of the activities that the Association has performed in the past years are :

1. The first achievement of the resident of Nettayikodath road was the tiling work of the road and its cross roads, which boosted the resurrection of the association to full swing action.
​
2. The Association sponsored 149 food kits for Covid patients in Ward No. 43 of Cochin corporation area by coordinating with Councillor Shri. Joji Kurikode
​
3. The Association provided provision items and medicines for covid affected family who were tenants in NRRA area.
​
3. In memory of our member late Mr. Nixon, the association provided pulse oximeters to Asha Worker, Mrs. Shiny Martin and Councillor Joji Kurikode.
4. Our member Mr. Maneesh provided the above pulse oximeters and also has favoured by supplying more pulse oximeters to our members at cheaper rates.

5. Another achievement of the Association in the past one year is that a bank account has been opened in Catholic Syrian Bank and for that purpose the Association could procure a separate PAN account in the name of Association.
​
6. Resident members were allotted numbers and those numbers were affixed in front of their houses.
​
7. The Association enabled navigation facility to residence of all members through google map, by clicking a link or scanning a QR code and following the google map which opens thereafter. This facility is unique and none of the residents associations in Ernakulam are having this facility.

8. Also the Association has its own website named as "nrra palarivattom", which has been launched in a free platform, there by no expense has to be incurred for that facility. Any person can access website through google The website contains all vital pieces of information like an Online Members' Directory, essential service contacts numbers, not only for the use of members of the association, but also for any person who access the website.
​
9. Apart from having the website mentioned above, we have placed our mark in facebook also.
​
10. Association assisted members to be vaccinated with two doses of Covishield as well as Covaxin.
